Grant's love for worship and love for our Lord Jesus
shows in how he leads the congregation in worship. He
graduated Lancaster Bible College with his Master's
Degree in 2002 and has been serving Northwest Baptist
for over 20 years. |

Les has a passion for teaching and has worked for many
years as a comptroller for a large corporation. Les
was called to serve as our Pastor of Administration
& Discipleship and joined the staff in 2002. |

Rev. Jeff Blaylock

Pastor
Pastor
Jeff introduced the Awana ministry to Northwest in 1992.
Serving as a lay leader and Awana Commander, Jeff answered
God's call to serve full-time. He graduated Southeastern
Theological Seminary in May 2001, answering the call
to serve at Northwest as Youth Pastor in January 2001.
In January 2008, he transitioned into the role of Family
Pastor. |

Barb Harrison
Children's Ministry Director
Barb is
the mother of three children and accepted Jesus as her
personal Savior at Northwest Baptist in 1985. She began
working in the Early Childhood Education ministry in
1988 and in 1993 she became Director of the Preschool
Early Education Ministry. In 1998 she joined the ministerial
staff as the first Children's Ministry Director, in
a part-time position and became a full-time staff member
in 2001. |

Pastor Escobar has a passion for reaching out with the
Gospel to his fellow Spanish speaking people in Reisterstown
and the surrounding areas. He has served as a Medical
Doctor and Pastor’s Assistant in his own country
Ecuador, South America. He graduated Baptist University
of The Americas in May 2005, answering the call to serve
at Northwest to start a Hispanic Baptist Church as a Hispanic
Church Planter Pastor in June 2006. |
