NWSM offer a specific worship experience designed to attract junior high school students; we call this program Trek 24/7 – because the Christian walk never ends. The mission of Trek is to build relationships with 6th – 8th grade students and love them through biblical community, teaching, and worship. We believe that the junior high years can be some of the best or worst for most students. Statistically, Junior High is when most students first come face to face with the serious weight of temptation and the question of faith. Because of that, our teaching is centered on the Gospel and delivered in a way that aims to strengthen the faith of Christian students and invites newcomers to meet Jesus for the first time. The long-term goal is for each student to have an authentic 24/7 relationship with Jesus. We also desire that our Middle School students form significant relationships with peers and adults in the community of Northwest Baptist Church that will carry them through the remainder of their adolescence and into adulthood.
