Care Bank @ Northwest

The NWBC "Care Bank" is a vision of Acts 4:32-35 come to life. We realize that many times the people who are in need of tangible help (from our own church family to our community neighbors), it isn't always food. So our church's food pantry could only help in one area and not in others. Thus, we saw to broaden our food pantry into a sort of 'collection of tangible resources'. And that's how our "care bank" was birthed.

We as a church (and any others who desire to help) out of the love we have for one another & our neighbors, can "deposit items" so those in need can come and freely make "withdrawals" anytime they need it. We see this as a demonstration of the gospel of Jesus in how He lovingly deposited Himself on the cross to pay for our sins and freely give those who believe in Him what we so desperately need, new life in eternal salvation.

Click the button to view the list of items we currently carry and that you can drop off if you wish to make a deposit. We also keep printouts of our "resource pages" (like the "yellow pages") with information for other assistance from mental health, to support groups, to shelters, to emergency services, etc.

Our Care Bank is open regularly on Sundays from 9:30am–12:30pm and Mondays from 6-8pm.

During the months of September-May, it is also open on Wednesdays from 6:30–8pm.
